Our team works together to provide you with a full body assessment and a clear pathway to achieve your rehabilitation goals.
Once your program is agreed, you have a choice of exercise options, privately with your physiotherapist, as part of a physiotherapist led class, or independently with a membership*
Physiotherapist led rehabilitation and conditioning classes
Learn your prescribed program with the assistance of your physiotherapist in our Physio Gym group classes.
These small group classes support up to 6 participants to actively learn and consolidate their own program. Your physiotherapist will monitor your equipment set up and exercise activity in as they move between individual exercise zones.
We love teaching our classes! It’s a great way for us to help you master your program, and accelerate your rehabilitation in a safe and supportive environment.
Physio Gym Membership 24/7
Once your physiotherapist feels you are ready to exercise independently, you can enhance your rehabilitation by adding regular sessions as a Physio Gym member.
Booking your set exercise zone at a time that suits you gives you flexibility and increased time and space to exercise. You may even be offered the ability to attend after hours with our 24/7 access.
We firmly believe our Physio Gym member approach provides you with the flexibility and motivation work towards achieving your rehabilitation goals.
Back and Neck Pain
We understand that back and neck pain can be debilitating. Initial assessment and treatment by your physiotherapist will focus on hands on care to relieve pain and regain movement.
Our ongoing approach involves guided movement to improve your posture and function, and assessment of muscle weakness and issues. This will be used to develop your rehabilitation program, using exercise equipment to regain muscle tone and strength.
If chronic pain is an issue, we can actively work with you on the broader body, brain, mental health and physical behaviours that influence this, to both ease your pain and regain your confidence in movement.
Sports Injuries and post-operative management
From soccer to tennis, basketball to rowing, running to walking, no matter the sport we can help. We offer a comprehensive approach to injury management, movement training, peak performance and biomechanical corrections.
Post operatively we will work closely with your surgeon to ensure your rehabilitation exercises are performed in a timely and correct manner. We can also support your reconditioning through use of our rehabilitation equipment and Physio Gym membership, ensuring safe and supported exercise.
