Application of Kinesio Tape

Application of the tape comes with a full assessment of your posture and biomechanics, to reveal the source of the problem. After applying the tape, people can often feel instant changes. To help with rehabilitation, the physio will incorporate specific exercises, and will also offer advice on self-taping by the patient.
