Get your heart pumping with personal training sessions at Physio Gym. Our one-on-one sessions are a fun way to lose weight, tone muscle or just get in shape.
Our personal trainers conduct an initial assessment to determine your key aims, whether it’s to lose 10kg, drop a dress size or two, compete in a triathlon, or just feel good. They’ll set achievable goals and then tailor an exercise program (and if required, an eating program) to suit your work or lifestyle.

Results

Key to your success is completing the initial 12 training sessions. Once you’ve achieved this, and feel more comfortable with your training routine and relationship with your trainer, it will be altogether easier to cross further obstacles and make real progress. Personal training is not just about building a better body – it’s also about managing setbacks, finding new ways forward and feeling positive about the difference you can make.
